Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are personalized roadmaps designed to help referees set goals, track progress, and focus on specific areas for growth.
In order to receive coaching, you must have completed an IDP and uploaded it to the shared drive.

Referee Review Platform
The ORRA Referee Review Platform is a tool for continuous improvement, providing structured feedback and performance assessment for all referees.
Purpose of the Review Platform
The review platform serves several important functions:
- Track individual referee development over time
- Identify strengths and areas for improvement
- Provide constructive feedback from coaches
- Allow referees to self-assess and reflect on their performances
- Guide training and mentoring programs
- Ensure consistent officiating standards

Performance Criteria
Reviews should assess performance across key competency areas:

You should discuss your reviews with your coach or mentor to gain clarity and set development goals.
Review Frequency
The frequency of formal reviews depends on referee level and development stage:
- High School Panel: Encouraged to review regularly
- Panel B: Expected to review most games
- Panel A and Premier Panel: Expected to review every game
Using Feedback Effectively
To get the most from your reviews:
- Read feedback carefully and objectively
- Focus on specific, actionable recommendations
- Discuss unclear points with your coach or mentor
- Set goals based on areas for improvement
- Track progress over multiple reviews
- Request video analysis for complex situations
- Maintain a growth mindset and embrace learning opportunities

Where match footage is available, video analysis provides valuable insights into:
- Positioning and angles
- Decision accuracy with multiple replays
